How the program works
Ages: 9-12
Continuous 4-week training cycles; monthly subscription
Frequency: Intro 1x per week, Advanced 2x per week
Length: 60 minute sessions
Small group coaching: limit 8 per class
Total sessions per 4 weeks: Intro x4, Advanced x8
