Why We Train Twice Per Week
Young athletes learn movement through repetition and consistency.
Training once per week introduces new skills, but training twice per week allows athletes to reinforce those skills and build real progress over time.
During the program, athletes develop:
• coordination and balance
• agility and movement control
• speed fundamentals
• strength and body awareness
• confidence in sports

Each group is limited to 8 athletes.
