The Strong Start Pack gives our youngest athletes x1 foundational class per week, specializing in developing coordination, body awareness, and strong fundamentals. It’s all about building a love for the training process with a solid base in technique, movement, and mindset — setting them up for success and excellence as they grow.

The No Limits Pack gives our growing athletes UNLIMITED classes per week that will propel their progress and athletic abilities from the SKILLS to the PERFORMANCE level. Targeted training purposely emphasizes and refines core physical development skills: coordination, movement and footwork fundamentals, and body control.
